Licensing

EyesOnPlay is free software under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. You may use, modify and run it. If you run a modified version as a network service, the AGPL requires you to offer its source code to the service’s users.

Commercial licence

For closed-source products or services, or to use EyesOnPlay without the AGPL obligations, commercial licences are available from the maintainers. Contact us through github.com/eyesonplay.

Third-party components

Dependencies and models keep their own licences. In particular YOLO (Ultralytics) is AGPL-3.0, and the tennis model weights from TennisProject carry no licence. Model weights are not distributed with EyesOnPlay. Details: Third-party software and models.
